Well-being issues are talked about now, more than it ever did in the past. A few are daring to talk about what they are undergoing ‘inside’. A few are acknowledging that there is a problem that they need to address. However, many, many more people do not even know that they are facing a problem. Even if they know that there is a problem, and want to do something about it, access and availability is a major challenge. Furthermore, does the society make it easy or difficult for people who want to address problems related to learning and wellbeing?
LMonk decided to do something about this. We realize that the problems we strive to solve are humongous. Lack of awareness, lack of resources and tools, lack of solution providers and institutional support, to name a few. Consequently, LMonk decided to take it on brick by brick. Our team started helping that one child, that one gentleman, that one family, and we started working with schools and organizations. Team LMonk is learning, and learning fast, ready to make our services available for more people.
This team aims to be the pioneer in providing innovative, learning and well-being solutions for families, educational institutions and workplaces.
What we promise
LMonk serves its clients in two ways,
Helping Solve Problems
People face problems all the time. Some problems require an external or an expert intervention. Besides, acknowledging or accepting that there is a problem is the first step towards arriving at a solution. Hence, identifying the root cause of the problem is essential in figuring out the recommended solution.
Helping Enhance Potential
Often times, people generally want to do a good job. They want to improve themselves today, from where they were yesterday. This improvement requires effort. Right from the motivation to improve, to taking that first tangible step, the mental, physical and resource-wise efforts are enormous.
Our Mission
LMonk is on a mission. A mission to help people ensure the wellbeing of themselves and their dear ones. Wellbeing has many facets – physical wellbeing, emotional and psychological wellbeing, ability to deal with problems and ability to realize one’s potential. LMonk is a facilitator and enabler of learning and wellbeing, in different settings such as home, school, and workplace.
LMonk has a passionate team of experts. The team is committed to ensuring that each interaction that we make with our client, makes a positive impact in their lives.
About the name
LMonk is a portmanteau word derived from the two words, Learning and Monk. We believe that learning is most effective when the learner attains the mindset and qualities of a monk. A monk symbolises single-minded focus, dedication and consistency, which are qualities essential for learning.
About the organization
LMonk is a social impact enterprise that works at the intersection of learning and wellbeing.
Our aim is to enhance the human resource potential of individuals, teams, communities and organizations. LMonk Educational and Training Solutions Pvt Ltd (LMonk) is a start-up recognized by Govt of India and Govt of Kerala (Kerala Start-up Mission).
